Um...hi.
Presenting... in bullet-ed (or dashed) formation (or format)...dot dot dot...
AN UPDATE.
What the...?
I know. Me too.
- It's Summer. Yay!
- My dear sweet husband built me a rock patio. With rocks he himself found, brought home, buried in the ground and puzzle pieced together.
- Allergy season is over! Hippity hop hooray!
- I still really like chocolate.
- Our children are doing well and we are all healthy.
- The person who came up with Summer Vacation should have a plaque made in their honor and displayed in the local post office.
- I made my very first successful turkey pot pie and not a scrap of it was left over.
- Laynee is becoming quite the artist.
- Corrine is one of the fastest runners on her middle school track team.
- Hunter's skills with the bow-staff are coming along nicely.
- We really don't have a bow-staff.
- Hunter and Laynee are becoming BFF's once again after a brief hiatus on her part.
- We went and have come back from an amazing trip to Utah. I drove the whole way all by myself. I'm growing up.
- Traveling through 3 states, driving over 1,000 miles with 1 teenager, 1 tween-ager, 1 Indigo child (scroll down to where it says "What are the behavioral patterns of Indigos?" This is our Laynee. Except for the part where it says they are anti-social. She is not anti-social.), and 1 Golden Retriever deserves its own book written and illustrated by the parents of said travelers, and placed on a shelf inside a shadow-box on an easel in the county library.
- Our house is for sale. Know anyone who wants to live here? They will not be disappointed. Promise.
- The full moon does not affect me. Much. Would it have anything to do with the pearls I have sewn into my underwear to protect me?
- Went on a 9 + mile hike with Miguel and Laynee up to the (almost) top of an extinct volcano. We did not die.
- I would like to share these with you:
