A discussion on mucus

lollop \LOL-uhp\, verb:

1. To move forward with a bounding, drooping motion.

2. To hang loosely; droop; dangle.

What with all of us sick lately, we've done a lot of lolloping about. Not necessarily with the bounding, though. Just in a drooping motion. Why just today I found that my eyes looked (and felt) a little bit like this fella:
And I look just as adorable and pathetic as he does. Seriously. Ask Miguel. He'll tell you. Unfortunately, he'll also tell you that my breath probably smells just as bad as the pup's does, too. Isn't that gross? How come when you're sick, you lose your sense of smell, but your "smells" become more pronounced? I'm going to blame it on all the mouth breathing and phlegm build up.

What? You're all looking at me like I walked out of the bathroom with the back of my dress caught up in my nylons and you're trying to decide which one of you should tell me about it because you know that whoever does will end up being the one to buy me a new dress and I am super picky and have really expensive taste.

Yup. That'll do it for today.

Pass the NyQuil around once more, would ya?
