To throw out of a window.
Isn't it just easier to say, "Hey! You want me to throw you out of a window?"
Although, you would sound a bit smarter using the word defenestrate. Also, if you spoke with a British accent, it would only accentuate the wonderment of the word.
"My dahling. Would you mind stepping over here for a moment? I would like to show you the proper way to defenestrate. That's it. A bit closer. One more step. Perfect. Now simply turn around and..."
