It's mushroom time!
Good News:
It's been raining a lot lately, therefore making it good mushroom hunting.
Good News:
It's not raining today.
Bad News:
I don't like to eat mushrooms.
Good News:
Michael does. I think the kids do, too.
Bad News:
I don't like to be cold.
Good News:
I can get a really warm drink to warm my body at Bart's Market. Or I could just make my own.
Good News:
We have company coming tonight.
Good News:
Maybe they will like to eat mushrooms.
Bad News:
Maybe they won't.
Good News:
Thanksgiving is coming up.
And the really really good news is:
SMOKED TURKEY FROM THE MEAT LOCKERS FOR THANKSGIVING. I can't wait.

WOw- you look fantastic! Even out in the middle of the really cold looking for yucky (unless they are already stuffed cooked and ready to eat) Mushrooms :)

I'm sooo jealous. I loved when we went foraging for mushrooms in the magical Oregon forest. Please eat a mushroom for me. Pleassssssssssse-ah.

I know I've told you before, but I'll say it again. I love to get my hair done. There's just something about having someone else play with my hair that puts me into a hypnotic state. It's soooo relaxing, and I love the feeling of fresh, soft, just done-by-someone-else hair. It's also something that I don't do often for 2 reasons: 1) I'm lazy and don't like having to maintain my hair. 2) It can get pretty pricey. It may be because I fell into one of those hypnotic states that the following disaster occurred. I guess my first clue of impending doom should have been when my stylist decided to get her nails done. At the same time that I showed up for my appointment. Now, I'm a compassionate person, I didn't think it was a big deal, so I shrugged it off, and waited patiently for her to finish.
