A few thoughts:

It's hilarious to hear a toddler who refuses to talk on her own say, "What the...?"

Michael cannot sleep in the car when I am driving. Poor guy is terrified of sleeping in vehicles.

Gum does not take 7 years to digest. Just ask our 2 year old who ate the whole pack.

Suitcases do not unpack themselves.

Family is super hard to leave behind.

Love really is a tangible thing.

Pictures are fun.

Night at the Roxbury isn't just a movie.

Deer poop.

Kick the Can is awesome.

I've still got the rap gene.

Sisters make the world a better place.

Elevation changes can and do affect shampoo and conditioner bottles.

Leaving your baby's bed in another state creates only a little bit of drama.

And finally, we're not to dwell on it.

I know I've told you before, but I'll say it again. I love to get my hair done. There's just something about having someone else play with my hair that puts me into a hypnotic state. It's soooo relaxing, and I love the feeling of fresh, soft, just done-by-someone-else hair. It's also something that I don't do often for 2 reasons: 1) I'm lazy and don't like having to maintain my hair. 2) It can get pretty pricey. It may be because I fell into one of those hypnotic states that the following disaster occurred. I guess my first clue of impending doom should have been when my stylist decided to get her nails done. At the same time that I showed up for my appointment. Now, I'm a compassionate person, I didn't think it was a big deal, so I shrugged it off, and waited patiently for her to finish.
