Jump up, jump up, and get down
Aestival: (es-tuh-vuhl) adj.
Of or belonging to the summer.
Chichi: (shee-shee) adj.
Affectedly trendy.
Vehement: (vee-uh-muhnt) adj.
Characterized by intensity of emotions or forcefulness of expression.
Welcome to the first installment of our beach house trip. I promise, as soon as I get the rest of the photos downloaded onto my computer, you too shall bask in our everlasting funness.
I don't think anything compares to the beauty of sunsets on the beach. When the sun began its descent, we all took notice and brought out the cameras. While watching this sunset in particular, I felt as if I were witnessing something spectacular. Something amazing. A painting created by a power greater than I can comprehend. It made me more fully appreciate the beauty that is all around us, in us, and for us. As I take advantage of the opportunities for serious self-reflection that have presented themselves to me in the past few days, I am immensely grateful for the people who are in my life, and for so many other things that I think I'll just keep private. But I have enjoyed throwing that little bit out there to tease you. And now, allow me to continue to amaze, dazzle, and confuse you with a snipit of our trip.
The following pictures are in celebration of summer. An aestival sun with aestival people celebrating it. I feel it only fair to warn you that the moves you are about to witness are extremely chichi, and should only be performed when one is feeling especially vehement.
