Top Ten Things my kids say to me every day:
10: What did you say Mom?

9: But Corrine got to!

8: But Hunter got to!

7: Mom, is $#*&^ a bad word?

6: But why can't I dip my finger in the sugar over and over and lick it?

5: This isn't sugar. It's flour and I'm not using my finger. It's a spoon.

4: But I thought you said Elayna could play with the glue.

3: Mom. You already told me that, like, 500 million gazillion hundred thousand hundred times.

2: Mom? Why is Daisy chewing on that?

1: This is my move for the day. (and they--both of them, mind you--spontaneously break out into dance moves I've neither seen before or thought possible.) I only wish I could capture each one on video. I will try...

I wonder if my man will ever grow his hair out? Don't you think that when a man has hair that is thick and rich like a man's hair should be, it should be long? No man-bun style though. Bleh. I know I've told you before, but I'll say it again. I love to get my hair done. There's just something about having someone else play with my hair that puts me into a hypnotic state. It's soooo relaxing, and I love the feeling of fresh, soft, just done-by-someone-else hair. It's also something that I don't do often for 2 reasons: 1) I'm lazy and don't like having to maintain my hair. 2) It can get pretty pricey. It may be because I fell into one of those hypnotic states that the following disaster occurred. I guess my first clue of impending doom should have been when my stylist decided to get her nails done. At the same time that I showed up for my appointment. Now, I'm a compassionate person, I didn't think it was a big deal, so I shrugged it off, and waited patiently for her to finish.
