Our town

These are two views of our little town. We totally love living here. It's the perfect place to raise our children. We scored big when we decided on living here! All of these bulidings on the main road date back to the late 1800's and early 1900's. Each building has a plaque that states its original use and owners. Most of the handiwork is still original, except for the paint, of course!

I absolutely love the small towns! Especially ones with cool history! It's so neat...I love to think back to the early days and the families and people that lived there first. It's great that you and your family can experience that! :o)

I am so jealous of your cute little town! I would love to live so close the to wild outdoors like you guys do (minus all the bugs and wild animals, or course). hehe

I know I've told you before, but I'll say it again. I love to get my hair done. There's just something about having someone else play with my hair that puts me into a hypnotic state. It's soooo relaxing, and I love the feeling of fresh, soft, just done-by-someone-else hair. It's also something that I don't do often for 2 reasons: 1) I'm lazy and don't like having to maintain my hair. 2) It can get pretty pricey. It may be because I fell into one of those hypnotic states that the following disaster occurred. I guess my first clue of impending doom should have been when my stylist decided to get her nails done. At the same time that I showed up for my appointment.
